Shipping policy

We ship orders both nationally and internationally using trusted courier services such as SEUR and CORREOS.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the courier's official pricing, which depends on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All prices shown at checkout include Spanish/EU VAT where applicable. This does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by countries outside the European Union.

If your order is shipped to the United States, the Canary Islands, the United Kingdom, or any other destination outside the EU, your local customs authority may charge import duties, local sales tax or VAT, and/or a handling fee charged by the courier for processing customs clearance. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and can vary depending on the product's value, category, and destination.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected separately from your order total — usually by the courier at the time of delivery. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout, and we're unable to calculate the exact amount in advance, as it is determined by customs authorities upon arrival.

We recommend checking your country's customs and import tax policy before placing an order if your shipping address is outside the European Union.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to refund shipping costs, and any return or disposal fees charged by the courier will be deducted from your refund.
